Welcome to Week 45 of the Weekly Home Check We’re moving through November, and as fall winds down, it’s prime time to make sure your gutters and downspouts are all cleaned out from any leaves and debris. As it rains throughout the year, inspect your gutters and downspouts to ensure the water is flowing and being directed away from your home. Unless your feel comfortable on a ladder, I would not suggest cleaning out the rain gutters on your own. This is one of those home maintenance tasks you should consider hiring a professional for. Remember to always get a couple quotes to ensure you are getting a fair price.
