🚜 Winterize The Lawn Mower:

  • Fuel Tank: If your lawnmower operates on gasoline, run it until the fuel tank is empty or add fuel stabilizer. Old gasoline can clog the engine when left sitting over winter.
  • Sharpen the Blades: A sharp blade ensures a clean cut, promoting a healthier lawn in spring. Use a sharpening tool or consider professional sharpening if you're not confident in doing it yourself.
  • Spark Plug: It’s recommended to replace the spark plug once a season. If you do change it, make a note in your Home Journal & Log Book so you don’t forget!

πŸͺ‘ Store Patio Furniture:

  • Clean Thoroughly: Wipe down patio furniture to remove dirt and moisture, preventing mold growth.
  • Cushion Care: If your patio furniture has cushions, clean and store them indoors to maintain their quality.
  • Cover or Store: Either cover the furniture with weatherproof covers or store it in a garage or shed to shield it from winter elements.
